This area of our primary on-line home is used to document refund requests.  We note if the request was illegitimate or not and explain our position.  These requests are made regardless of our stated Refund Policy and in some cases those making the request, have threatened our firm if we refused to comply. We make a concerted effort to update this, however, we have only experienced three, (3) requests in ten, (10) years which makes updates a non-priority.
